Chesterfield have confirmed they will be holding an important press conference tomorrow, Thursday 28th May 2009 at 3.00pm. This conference will announce the name, and introduce, the club`s new majority shareholder and new investor. It will also identify details of future plans, including the official nod for the Spireites new stadium development which is planned to be built at Whittington Moor.
I have kindly been invited and will be attending the event. I will be looking forward to hear the new announcements especially considering it will be the biggest investment in the club`s history. Dave Allen had announced a £4 million investment in the Spireites and is expected to be named tomorrow.
