The Football League have now announced the Match Day officials that will take charge of the game against Barnsley this weekend.

Chesterfield travel to Barnsley on Saturday April 9 for the game at Oakwell and the match carries a 3pm kick off.

Referee: Neil Swarbrick
Linesmen: Derek Eaton and Mark Scholes
Fourth Official: Ross Joyce

Match Day referee Swarbrick is yet to officiate a Chesterfield game this season.

He has however already taken in 30 other matches so far in 2015-16 and in those games, across all competitions and football divisions, he has handed out a total of 86 yellow cards and six red cards.

He was most card happy in the match between Sunderland and West Ham on October 3 a total of seven yellows being shown and one red.

Let`s hope it`s not another repeat and more of our players edge closer to automatic bans.
