Sprint-Jeloy are currently fourth in the third tier of the Norwegian League. Once the relevant paperwork as been completed hazel will fly out to link up with the club. Jacob told the official website: ‘I’m buzzing about the move, it’ll be a new experience for me and I can’t wait to go there.’

It will be a great experience for him, a different climate and way of life, a chance to experience a different style of football. Jacob Hazel 19, had two loan spells at Matlock and Workington last season.

A natural finisher the striker earned himself a one year contract after impressing Cook, scoring regularly for the reserves.

Sprint-Jeloy head coach Gard H Kristiansen said: ‘Feedback on him is very good and we are very happy that this has worked out.’

I would like to wish Jacob Hazel good luck in his move and hope he can comeback and challenge for a place in the first team.
